The process of preparing a translation is backed by the solidly established processes of a quality management system and is in conformance with the relevant prescriptions of the DIN EN ISO 17100 standard for translation.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard governs general processes such as for handling requests, filling orders and resolving complaints should they arise. The DIN EN ISO 17100 for "Translation Services" precisely defines the procedures and requirements connected with a translation job, from initial quotation through the review process and handover of the ready translation.
